I'm back, after a long break. Some of my absence from this site was holiday, but the rest was work. Here is a fast review of things since my last post.

December: RUF slows down as the holidays approach. All of our family and all of Ruth's siblings except her brother Peter were here for Christmas -- a good time as always, On Dec. 26 we drove to Pittsburgh with Peter and Megan for the wedding of Lehigh alums Katie Weber and Jeff Shaw on the following day. Then we visited my family in Maryland.

January 2-8: Ruth and I had our annual January vacation to recuperate and recharge for the spring semester. This year we went to Williamsburg. We saw a few movies and read several books.

January 11-17: I went to Atlanta for a coordinators meeting. When I returned, Ruth went to Atlanta for the RUF wives retreat.
